        • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
          If you have placed an order, I am available to help you change your shipping address or cancel the order as long as it has not shipped or is made (for custom products).
          Please note that I am unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing.

        • CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM SIZE WHICH IS NOT OFFERED ON YOUR SITE?
          Please contact me, if you want to order a not offered size. 

        • I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT. CAN I EXCHANGE, REFUND, OR RETURN THE ITEM?
          I am sorry that you’re not pleased with your order. In this case, please contact me with your order number at hello@linespluspaper.com. You can of course return the item and you will get a refund. However shipping costs will not be covered by LINESplusPAPER. After I receive your returned items, I will process your refund onto your original form of payment.
          IMPORTANT:

          For custom or personalized items for example my custom labeled dividers I can not accept return because of the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damage or defective. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

        • HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
          The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

        • HOW LONG TAKE SHIPPING?
          Please note due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer than usual to arrive to their destination.

          The average delivery time for all LINESplusPAPER orders within Germany totals up to 2-3 working days if not stated otherwise in our online shop or on the individual product pages. This time frame only applies to paid-for purchases. I am not sending out part deliveries. If one item in your order states a longer delivery time than others (like custom dividers), all products will be collectively send out at the later date. Deliveries outside of Germany have a longer delivery time. 

          Shipping currently takes place to the following countries. Calculated delivery durations are dependent on the conditions of the shipping partners Transglobal, Deutsche Post and DHL.
