CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you've placed an order and need to make changes to the shipping address or cancel it, you can do so as long as the order has not yet shipped or is in the process of being made (for custom products). Please keep in mind that any changes cannot be made once the order is in processing.

CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM SIZE NOT OFFERED ON YOUR SITE?
If you're interested in ordering a size that is not currently offered on our site, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you with custom sizing options

WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER? CAN I EXCHANGE, REFUND, OR RETURN THE ITEM?
We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your order. If this is the case, please contact us with your order number at hello@linespluspaper.com. You can return the item, and we'll provide a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be covered by LINESplusPAPER. Once we receive your returned items, we'll process the refund to your original form of payment.
IMPORTANT:For custom or personalized items, such as our custom-labeled dividers, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out to us if you encounter any issues with your order.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?The time required to prepare an order for shipping may vary. For specific details, please refer to individual items.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME?
The average delivery time for all LINESplusPAPER orders within Germany is 2-3 working days, unless stated otherwise on our online shop or individual product pages. This time frame applies to paid-for purchases, and we do not send out partial deliveries. If one item in your order has a longer delivery time than others (e.g., custom dividers), all products will be collectively sent out on the later date. Deliveries outside of Germany may have longer delivery times.
