You’ll find quick answers about sizing, printing and downloading below. For the exact pages and files included, check the individual Etsy listing.
You’ll receive PDF files made for printing. No printed pages will be sent. The files aren’t editable and aren’t designed as digital planner templates.
Take a page that already fits your planner and measure its width and height. Then compare those measurements with the Size Guide. Planner names can vary, so checking the measurements is the safest way to find the right size.
Use Pre-Cut if you're printing directly onto paper that is already cut to your planner size. Use A4 or US Letter if you're starting with a full sheet and want to cut the pages after printing. Those files include crop marks to show you where to trim.
You’ll need to punch the pages to match your planner. If you use the A4 or US Letter files, you’ll also need to trim them along the crop marks. The Pre-Cut file is for paper that is already cut to your planner size.
Print the PDF at 100% or Actual Size and try a few pages first. You’ll find all the other settings in the included Print Guide.
Follow the double-sided setting in the Print Guide for the file you chose. Print a few pages first and check that both sides are upright and in the correct order. Once the test looks right, you can print the rest.
Smooth 100 gsm paper is a good place to start for most planner inserts. It feels firmer than standard printer paper without filling your planner too quickly. If you prefer a sturdier page, 120 gsm works well too.
Clairefontaine DCP and Mondi IQ Smooth are good 100 gsm options in Europe. In the US, HP Premium32 is a popular 32 lb paper, which is around 120 gsm.
Check that your printer can handle the paper and try a few pages before printing the full set. If the lines look too light, turn off Eco or Toner Save.
Open Etsy in a browser, sign in and go to Your account, then Purchases and reviews and Download Files. You can't download digital purchases inside the Etsy app at the moment.
If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your receipt email. If you downloaded a ZIP file, unzip it before opening the PDFs.

Yes. You can print the files again for your own planner. Please don't share, upload or resell the PDFs.
Please check the return information in the Etsy listing before you buy, as digital downloads are handled differently from physical products. If something is wrong with a file, send me a message through Etsy and I'll take a look.
