A. CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INTRODUCTION

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described below.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.


EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to custom and personalized products made according to the customer’s specifications, such as custom planner dividers with personalized tab names, selected foil colors, tab counts, tab positions, profile options or planner sizes.

The right of withdrawal may also expire early for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun and the legal requirements for early expiry are met.

More information on digital products will be provided during the order process, where applicable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.


GENERAL NOTES FOR RETURNS

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.

Please return the goods in their original packaging where possible, with all accessories and packaging components.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to protect the goods from transport damage.

Please do not return goods freight collect.

These notes are not a condition for effectively exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

I will review the issue carefully and help find a fair solution.


CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many LINESplusPAPER products are made to order and personalized according to the details provided by the customer.

This includes, for example:

custom planner dividers
personalized tab names
custom tab count
custom tab position
foil color
planner size
profile option

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged if they were made according to your order details.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, such as printable planner inserts, are delivered as digital files.

Digital products cannot be returned once access to the digital file has been provided, unless required by law.

More information about digital products and withdrawal rights will be provided during the order process, where applicable.


NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

If a product is not personalized and you would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition.

Please contact me before sending anything back.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING

If you return a non-personalized item under the statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise in this policy or required by law.

Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been received.


DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please check your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact me as soon as possible at:

a short description of the issue
clear photos of the item
photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

I will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, partial refund or refund.


WRONG PERSONALIZATION DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

This includes tab names, spelling, order, foil color, size, tab count, tab position and profile option.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

If production has not started yet, I can usually update the details.

If the item has already been made according to the information provided, changes, returns or refunds may not be possible.


REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, I will notify you about the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank, credit card provider or payment provider to process the refund.


SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

If sale items or gift cards are offered, different return conditions may apply where legally permitted.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
