01 | Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been shipped or started yet, I can usually help with changes.

Please send me a message as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address, order details or custom tab names. Once a custom order is in production, changes may no longer be possible.


Can I change my tab names after ordering?

Usually yes, as long as production has not started. Please contact me as soon as you notice a mistake. If the dividers have already been made, I cannot change the tab names anymore.


02 | Custom orders

Can I order a custom size?

If you need a size that is not listed in the shop, please send me a message before ordering. You can include the exact page size in millimeters or inches and let me know which planner system you use. I’ll let you know if the size can be made.


Can I return custom dividers?

Custom dividers are made specifically for your order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. This does not affect your legal rights.


03 | Processing time

How long does it take to make my order?

Custom divider sets are made to order and finished by hand. Most custom divider orders are ready to ship within 7 to 10 business days. For the most accurate information, please check the processing time shown on the product page.


Will everything ship together?

Yes. If your order includes items with different processing times, everything will be shipped together once the full order is ready. Partial deliveries are usually not sent.


04 | Shipping

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship after the processing time shown on the product page. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs and seasonal delays.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Germany: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: usually 5 to 10 business days
  • USA: usually 7 to 14 business days

Some destinations may take longer.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to selected countries. The available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.


Are duties and customs fees included?

For international orders, customs fees, duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

For some US shipments, duty-paid shipping may be available. If this applies, the charges are included in the shipping price shown at checkout. Please check the shipping information at checkout before placing your order.


05 | Returns

Can I return my order?

For non-custom physical items, returns may be possible. Please contact me first at hello@linespluspaper.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once the returned item has arrived and has been checked, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.


Can I return digital products?

Digital products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you have trouble with a file, printing or sizing, please send me a message. I’ll be happy to help you check it.


06 | Damaged or incorrect orders

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please send me a message within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging if something arrived damaged. I will review the issue carefully and help find a fair solution.


07 | Sizes and product details

Where can I find the right size for my planner?

You can find size details on each product page and in the Size Guide. If you are unsure, measure one of your current planner pages and compare it with the listed measurements. You can also send me a message before ordering.


Where can I find information about tab names, material and tab options?

You can find this information directly on each product page. Details about custom tab names, tab positions, standard and low profile tabs, material and preview options are shown close to the product options.

You can always send me a message before placing your order. This is especially helpful if you are unsure about your planner size, tab position, custom tab names or shipping.
